Cant sign into playstation????????

I was playing RDR and than it just said connection with servers lost I reset the router and everything and its not my connection and I did a connection test and everything was right with it, it took awhile to find the nat type and it was type 2 whatever that means so if you know how i could fix this problem please let me know
