Question for all the "Carrie" fans?

What do you guys think of the made for tv remake of "Carrie"? Do you think It shows how a high school really is? Do you think it shows a life lesson in a way? I think the movie tries to teach people to not make fun of other people, because you never know what that person is capable of. Does anyone agree?
